Bell is quite skittish and frightened with her new surroundings. She would do best in a quiet home with a family that will give her time to adjust and will have the patience to let her settle in. She has no aggression, she is just very unsure with all of the changes in her life. She does find comfort in having other dogs around, this is the only time that her tail is not tucked and actually wags. Once settled into a home we are sure that Bell will shine, she needs to learn to trust.
