Description

Sweet Dorma came to MAGSR very emaciated and from a very sad situation.  This little girl previously lived in a hoarding situation with 14 other dogs where some would lose out on getting food, which we think is what happened to Dorma because she is skin and bones.  She was very underfed and used for breeding.  Because of all that Dorma has endured, she is very confused and just needs to learn to trust and know she'll be well taken care of.  Now that MAGSR has Dorma, we hope she will quickly adjust and learn that she will receive regular meals, attention, and proper socialization. If Dorma sounds like the right dog for your household, please ask about her today.

Care for these hoarding rescues is putting a severe strain on MAGSR's resources. Donations towards their treatment would be greatly appreciated, this would also help us save other dogs with medical needs.

Updates

Dorma is doing very well in her foster home and is as sweet as can be.  Sweet Dorma is on her way to filling out and getting back to the healthy girl she should be.  She is very nice to walk and just gets a little excited about squirrels or kids throwing balls - she loves balls.  She's pretty good at sit/sit stay when she's being attentive and responds quickly to "no" and learned boundaries.  Dorma is housebroken and crate trained.  If Dorma sounds like a good fit for your family, please ask to meet her.
