Description
Annie along with Essie were turned into a shelter after their human mom took ill and could no longer care for them. They were much loved and well cared for. They have lived their entires lives together, so we are hoping a very special family will find room in their hearts and homes for them both. Essie is more outgoing than Annie. Annie more independent and can be aloof. Don't let their age fool you, these girls have spunk, enjoying walks and playtime
Updates
Annie is settling in nicely in her foster home. Annie is crate trained, knows sit & “paw” and walk well on a leash – easy to walk together. Both Annie & Essie are very calm and not high energy. Annie is becoming more interested and outgoing each day. Both girls love to take rides in the car. Annie is super cuddly after she warms up to you.
Annie is a dog that will require her family to keep her safe. She has a tendency to run off if given the chance when not properly contained on a leash or within a secure 6 foot fenced area. We have learned in her previous home that she would quite often wander off of the property which was not fenced.
