MAGSR requires that all applicants submit a $20 non-refundable application processing fee. Please note that submitting an application and fee does not guarantee you will be approved or guarantee the adoption of any specific dog since that particular dog could have applications pending.  Please note that we reserve the right to deny an application for any reason without explanation.   If you are not sure you are in our coverage area, please email us first. Also note, if you are approved, each dog you adopt will require an adoption fee of $350.

Your application will NOT be processed until we receive notification that your application fee has been received.  Currently, we can accept payment by check or online (this form).  If you pay by check, this can delay the processing of your app by a minimum of 7 days.
