Description

Amazing Andora and her "A Litter" puppies (Annette, Aime, and Abu) were dumped at a crowded shelter. With limited resources and overwhelming numbers, the shelter could not provide for this family. Although they did everything they could to help all members of the family move forward, shelter staff knew that without rescue help, this family would likely be euthanized as spaces are simply not available. Fortunately, rescue groups began working together to help the entire family move forward safely. When asked if we could provide a safe place to land, we were lucky to be able to team up with another local group in order to ensure that all members of the family moved forward safely.

Andora and her babies are friendly, interactive, and beyond lovable. Annette is active, engaging, and always up for a snuggle. She is playful and curious but can be a little hesitant when first introduced to new things. Given a moment to explore, Annette is happy to learn about the world around her. A huge fan of toys, Annette, like her siblings, loves all things, rolly, squeaky, and crunchy. She is hoping her forever family has plenty of toys to keep her occupied. Living in a foster home with other dogs and cats, Annette is lucky to be gaining experiences with a variety of other creatures. As this little lady moves forward it is critical that her forever family continues to provide Annette with opportunities to socialize with new people, other animals, and in new environments. This will help Annette develop into a stable and confident adult dog. Although Annette is a love, please remember that puppies are a lot of work. They will whine, chew, have accidents, and fill your home with endless puppy antics. With time, training, patience, and socialization, we are sure that Annette will develop into the good canine citizen we know she is destined to be. If Annettte sounds like the right match for your family, put in your application today! The "A Litter" puppies will be available for adoption as of May 1st.

Updates

Little Miss Annette has been living with one of our amazing foster families for a couple of weeks. This little bundle of cuddles has been a ray of sunshine in her home. Adventurous, playful, and a huge fan of other animals and kids, Annette has an impressive personality for such a little pup. With structure and routine established in her foster home, Annette has been making huge strides with housebreaking and crate training. She is very good about keeping her crate clean and settles very nicely when given breaks. Not afraid to learn new things, Annette has learned the joys of new toys, new environments, and has even discovered the excitement of going up and down the stairs. Her puppy antics simply fill the home with giggles and joy. Annette is looking for a forever family of her very own. If she sounds like the right match for your family, ask to meet her today!
