Mount Airy Farmer's Market

Join us at the Weekly Mount Airy Farmer's Market for local crafts, produce, baked goods, and dogs! This is a well attended event and we'll have rescue merchandise, crafts, and any adoptable dogs that are available to come out. If the weather is unsafe for the pups, we will not attend. Woofstock

Woofstock is back and bigger than ever! Join the Humane Society of Carroll County on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Wakefield Valley Event Center & Park in Westminster, MD for a full day of fun, food, entertainment, and community — all in support of our lifesaving mission.Bring your dogs and enjoy all the outdoor activities, including a  pet-friendly 5K at 9:00 a.m. and a Family Fun Run/Walk at 10:30 a.m.Throughout the day, experience live music, delicious food trucks, local vendors, pet demonstrations, a cornhole tournament, Weiner Dog Races, Puppy Yoga, Petting Zoo, Car Show, exciting raffles, giveaways & more. Visit with area rescues and meet adoptable animals.Suggested admission is $10 per car by donation. All proceeds benefit the Humane Society of Carroll County and help support the animals in our care.

Adopt-a-Pawlooza

Adopt-a-Pawlooza is back for it's 2nd year and filled with free family fun! There will be rescues and local crafts and food trucks. Make sure to stop by and learn about the rescue and maybe find your new fur-kid! Please note, MAGSR does not adopt dogs at events, but you can certainly meet the dog of your dreams and talk about the adoption process.

Elkridge Volunteer Fire Dept Fall Craft and Vendor Show

Welcome to the 5th Annual EVFD Ladies Auxiliary Craft and Vendor show! This event has lots of creative folks and features our rescue! We'll also have some crafts and you can meet with our volunteers to find out about our pups and the rescue. Please stop by for this fun and free event!

Westminster Fall Festival is a yearly celebration of highlighting Westminster’s spirit of community and providing benefits for non-profit organizations that serve the Westminster and surrounding communities. Bring your entire family to enjoy the amusement rides. Rides operate through out the Fallfest weekend. Visit over 80 vendors with a variety of crafts and gifts along with information about local businesses on Saturday and Sunday.

Mount Airy Oktoberfest

The Mount Airy Oktoberfest brings out all the fun for this yearly tradition. There will be food and beer and music along with crafts and local businesses and our dog rescue! This is a street party with lots to see, eat, and drink. Make sure to stop by and sample all the fun at the Mount Airy Oktoberfest.
