Description

Handsome Fred was confiscated due to cruelty and neglect. Due to court proceedings, this good looking guy waited for several months at a local shelter waiting for his chance at finding a family that would love and care for him for a lifetime. Once given the green light to move forward, shelter staff felt that Fred would have his best chance at finding his forever home through a rescue. When asked if we could help Fred find the perfect forever family, we immediately stepped forward. 

Fred is a very handsome guy who was clearly not cared for early in life. Undersocialized with people, he will require time and patience to adjust to new people and situations. Fred prefers a calm, slow handler at first as he gets his bearings. However, given time, structure, and leadership, he does begin to open up. As a young dog, Fred will thrive with routine. He will benefit greatly from training as this will not only help him bond to his forever family, but it will also help him develop the stability and confidence that all dogs need.
