Ben
ADOPTED 04/15/2017!
Good With Kids: Yes
Will you help them by donating or volunteering?
Ben, along with his brother Jerry, were surrendered to a shelter as their person has Alzheimer's and was no longer able to care for them. They were very much loved.
The brothers are so chill, they take everything in stride. They are such sweet boys, so full of love to give to another family. Ben and Jerry are very bonded, they would really do best remaining together. If you are looking for dogs that just enjoy hanging out, going for leisurely walks, being by your side as you read a book then Ben and Jerry are your boys. If you have room in your heart and home for the twins please ask to meet them.

Prince
ADOPTED 04/15/2017!
Good With Kids: Yes
Will you help them by donating or volunteering?
Handsome Prince came to MAGSR from a very sad situation. Prince previously lived in a hoarding situation with 14 other dogs. Prince was underfed and used for breeding. Because of all that Prince has endured, he is confused and just needs to learn to trust and know he'll be well taken care of. Now that MAGSR has Prince, we hope he will quickly adjust and learn that he will receive regular meals, attention, and proper socialization. Prince is a outgoing and very friendly boy. If Prince sounds like the right dog for your household, please ask about him today.
Care for these hoarding rescues is putting a severe strain on MAGSR's resources. Donations towards their treatment would be greatly appreciated, this would also help us save other dogs with medical needs.
Updates:Prince is settling nicely into his foster home. Prince loves attention, affection and is super playful. Prince is good with dogs of all sizes. Prince is curious about cats, but no barking or aggression has been seen. He is housebroken and crate trained and does need obedience training, but is very smart and learning quickly. If Prince sounds like a good fit for your family, ask to meet him.

Dorma
ADOPTED 04/09/2017!
Good With Kids: Yes
Will you help them by donating or volunteering?
Sweet Dorma came to MAGSR very emaciated and from a very sad situation. This little girl previously lived in a hoarding situation with 14 other dogs where some would lose out on getting food, which we think is what happened to Dorma because she is skin and bones. She was very underfed and used for breeding. Because of all that Dorma has endured, she is very confused and just needs to learn to trust and know she'll be well taken care of. Now that MAGSR has Dorma, we hope she will quickly adjust and learn that she will receive regular meals, attention, and proper socialization. If Dorma sounds like the right dog for your household, please ask about her today.

Updates:Dorma is doing very well in her foster home and is as sweet as can be. Sweet Dorma is on her way to filling out and getting back to the healthy girl she should be. She is very nice to walk and just gets a little excited about squirrels or kids throwing balls - she loves balls. She's pretty good at sit/sit stay when she's being attentive and responds quickly to "no" and learned boundaries. Dorma is housebroken and crate trained. If Dorma sounds like a good fit for your family, please ask to meet her.
