Jonas
ADOPTED 05/07/2016!
Good With Kids: Unknown

Jonas was in a shelter and needed out of there so he could be treated for a heartworm infestation. Thankfully a wonderful group took him in for us and found him a temporary foster home while he underwent the treatment he needed. Jonas has now completed his treatment and is ready to start his new life. Understandably Jonas is confused and stressed with his move to us from his loving foster home. At this time we are giving him time to settle in.

Rosie
ADOPTED 05/01/2016!
Good With Kids: Unknown

Rosie cannot be any cuter and is absolutely a sweet little girl, happy go lucky and confident and loves to give puppy kisses. Rosie comes to MAGSR from a home where she didn’t much like the resident cats, after being rescued and nursed back to health from an embedded collar. Rosie has a lot to learn about going a good canine citizen and will require training. Please remember that puppies are a lot of work, they need a lot of attention and a watchful eye – they can be a 12-14 year commitment. Puppies are full of energy and can be mischievous – they will whine, have accidents, get into things, and chew on inappropriate things. With time, patience, guidance and training, Rosie will become even more of an amazing girl than she already is. Please inquire if Rosie sounds like a good match for your family.
Kashi
ADOPTED 05/01/2016!
Good With Kids: Unknown

Kashi was found by a family, they took her into their care hoping to find her family. As her family never came forward she was surrendered to rescue. We are getting to know Kashi better as she is new to us. She can be fearful so she would benefit from a calm, stable pack leader who will commit to her training. Helping her build her confidence will go along way in dealing with her fear.
Loki
ADOPTED 04/30/2016!
Good With Kids: Unknown
Will you help them by donating or volunteering?
Loki is a big handsome long hair GSD. He is still very much a puppy with many puppy behaviors. He has yet to learn that mouthing his handler is not acceptable. He has a lot of energy, but this expected of a dog his age. He will require to be enrolled in and complete training so that he can learn how to direct his energy and to become a well mannered K-9 citizen. It is best that Loki not go to a home with small/young children due to him lacking manners.
Loki will need a handler that understands that Shepherds need to have a person who can match their energy level, and are best equipped to deal with that with ongoing training and daily exercise, both physical and mental.
