Description
Lovely Millie was found hanging out at a high school with her buddy Murphy. Both dogs were brought to a shelter where they waited for a family to claim them. When no one came forward, the shelter staff started pleading for rescue support as they were at capacity. Who could say no to such sweet dogs?
Millie is a love. She is friendly and good with both people and other dogs. As a young girl, she is energetic and will do best in a home that can burn her energy on a daily basis. Arriving as a stray, we do not know what Millie knows about living in a household. However, she seems to be a quick learner who wants to please her handler. As is true of all dogs, Millie will thrive when provided with guidance, leadership, and consistency. Training will help her adjust to her new family as well as develop the skills needed to become a good canine citizen.
