The Blessing of the Animals is a yearly tradition featuring local crafts, rescues, and of course blessings! There will be a Dachshund Derby (should be a GSD derby but we don't want to make the little guys feel bad) and a Bark or Treat directly after the festivities. Come out to the Green K9 in Urbana to meet some adoptable dogs and experience the unique pet boutique and all its amenities. The Green K9 loves rescues and has programs for recent adopters. Make sure to come out and speak with the volunteers and staff of the Green K9 and learn more about us!

Make time on this lovely autumn day to join us at Waggin' at Watkins ParkThis family-friendly event brings together pet lovers, local businesses, and members of our community for a fun-filled day featuring vendors, activities, food, and more. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community, local businesses, and support a great local event. Each year our event grows more and more and we cannot be more grateful for that. Last year we had 70+ vendors attend, and 250+ attendees from the community.

Howard county crafts spectacular will be featuring many artists and craftspeople and magic shows. At this event, you will get handmade craft products, home decor products, knitting, and handmade toys and much more. Our rescue is one of the first booths you'll see and there will be lots of pups on site to greet you for your day of shopping. Get into the spirit of the season and come out to the show!
