The fashion puppies found themselves surrendered to an overcrowded shelter as their owner felt they had too many animals. Although clearly social and interactive, a shelter is not a safe place for puppies as they do not have the immune system in place to help them fight off disease. In addition, living in a crowded and stressful environment is not conducive to healthy development. Recognizing that these babies needed to move forward safely, MAGSR stepped forward and welcomed this sweet set of babies to the rescue.

The fashion puppies - Louis V, Prada, Dior, and Chanel - are ready to find their forever families. These babies are social, interactive, and energetic. They are the perfect mix of fun. Dior has an independent and fun-loving personality. She can hold her own in the group and can be a little sassy. This girl will definitely fill your home with giggles. Having lived in an amazing foster home, these babies have begun learning the ins and outs of living in a household. They, like all GSDs, crave structure, leadership, and consistency. Their foster family has worked hard to put this set-up into place. However, it is very important that their forever family continue this process. It is also essential that their forever family continue to provide these babies with socialization in varied environments with varied people and animals. This will help them meet with success. 

Although these babies are beyond adorable, please remember that puppies are a lot of work. Puppies will whine, chew, have accidents, and fill your home with endless puppy antics. With time, patience, routine, and training, we know that all of the Fashion puppies will meet with success. The Fairy Sisters - Fern, Merriweather, and Tink - were part of a surprise litter. Although most of their littermates found loving homes, these lovely little ladies were not as lucky. Recognizing that puppies are adorable, but a lot of work, their family decided to surrender them to a shelter. However, this proved to be a dangerous option for these babies. With shelters significantly overcapacity, owner surrenders are often immediately euthanized. In an attempt to save the lives of all three pups, the shelter contacted MAGSR to redirect the Fairy Sisters into our care. Fortunately, our team was able to find incredible foster homes for all three girls. We promised we would find the Fairy Sisters families that would love and cherish them for a lifetime. 

Having moved into loving foster families, all three girls are learning the ins and outs of living in a household. Clearly socialized, Merriweather enthusiastically approaches new people, happily accepts food and treats, and loves a good snuggle. Continued opportunities to socialize with new people and new situations will be critical to Merriweather's success. Smart and quick to pick-up new tricks, the girls are beginning some basic training but they also have plenty of opportunities to play. Recognizing that toys should be a vital part of every household, the Fairy Sisters love toys and are hoping their forever families do too. As these girls continue to move forward, they will benefit from continued work and patience with basic commands and leash manners. With so many new expectations, each of the Fairy Sisters will need time to learn the rules, expectations, and routines of their new homes.
