Diesel and his buddy, Vader, were adored by their family. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected circumstance, their family was not able to continue to keep the boys and had no choice but to rehome them. Saying goodbye is never an easy decision. We knew this was not in the plans for the boys. However, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Knowing that Vader and Diesel were incredible boys that deserved to find loving forever families, their family turned to MAGSR for help. Diesel is an absolute sweetheart. As an intelligent, stable, and active guy, he is looking for a forever family that will provide him with daily opportunities to exercise both his body and his mind. Having lived with the same family his entire life, Diesel has had the opportunity to develop a strong foundation of social skills. He enjoys handshakes and will, if allowed, give hugs. With some significant changes in his life recently, Diesel has maintained his confident nature. However, it is critical that his forever family provides him with structure, routine, and leadership so that he adjusts appropriately to his forever family. Household expectations are not new to Diesel. He is already housebroken and crate trained. However, as is true of any new dog, he will need time to adjust to the routines and expectations of his new home. Training will be critical to his success. Not only will training help Diesel create a healthy bond with his family, but it will also help him develop the skills needed to become a good canine citizen. Rahja was absolutely adored by her family, particularly the little boy in her life. Unfortunately, when circumstances changed in the household, her family was forced to make the difficult decision to find Rahja a new home. This is never an easy decision. Rahja is a stunning, intelligent, and social girl. She is responsive to the handler and has some basic commands already in place. A shepherd in every way, Rahja is focused, observant, and quick to pick-up on varied handling styles. As is true of many shepherds, she is eager to please. Thriving with leadership and clear expectations, Rahja gravitates toward a calm and confident handler. With some clear prey drive in place, this girl is looking for a forever family without cats or small pets. This will help her meet with success. Somewhat anxious in new situations or with new people, Rahja is looking for a household that will provide her with the time and patience needed to adjust to her new home. Although she already knows some commands, Rahja is looking forward to attending training with her forever family. Not only will training help Rahja develop a strong and healthy bond with her forever family, but it will also help her gain the confidence needed to become a good canine citizen. Having previously lived in a home, Rahja is crate trained and housebroken. She understands many of the ins and outs of family living. However, as is true of all new dogs, Rahja will need time to learn the rules, routines, and expectations of her forever family.
