Maverick was a cherished member of his family. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, Maverick's family needed to find him a new home. Maverick is a handsome and fun loving guy. Having previously lived with another more dominant dog and children, Maverick has had the opportunity to experience life with a variety of personalities. As a happy-go-lucky guy, Maverick tends to be unphased by most things. As both a goof-ball and a sweetheart, Maverick thinks that he should be a participant in all activities throughout the day, this includes trying to be a lap dog and joining in on hugs. Like all shepherds he wants to be with his people and know where they are at all times. Stanley and his sister Daisy found themselves in a shelter when their mom unexpectedly passed away. Stanley is an overall easy going guy; however, he needs a little time to adjust to new people as he has endured so many changes recently. Once comfortable, Stanley enjoys walks, treats, and the ever important butt rubs. 

Although it is hard to tell right now, Stanley is a long-haired shepherd. Unfortunately, he was so matted when he first arrived that he had to be shaved. His lovely long fur is beginning to grow back; however, It will be very important that his new family take the time to regularly brush Stanley, so that he doesn't find himself in this situation again.
