Adopted MAGSR Dogs

Oakley, along with other family members, were dumped at shelter. Not often we are happy when dogs are dumped at shelters, but in this case, they are lucky they were. The family of Shepherds lived outside, no vet care, no vaccines, no preventatives.  Oakley is very scared and confused and will need someone who can go slow with him.  Oakley   has a lot to learn about going a good canine citizen and will require training. Please remember that puppies are a lot of work and require a lot of attention from their family - puppies are a ten to twelve year commitment. Puppies are full of energy and can be mischievous – they will whine, have accidents, get into things, and chew on inappropriate things. With time, patience, guidance and training,  Oakley   will become even more of an amazing boy than he already is. Please inquire if  Oakley   sounds like a good match for your family.

Tamma is one of 22 dogs from the Carolina's that needed help due to Hurricane Florence.  

Tamma is now safe in our care and waiting patiently to find her forever family.  Training of course is a must with any dog, it not only teaches good manners, but also helps creates a bond with their family.  Tamma is settling into her foster home, her foster family will provide updates.

Stormy came to us as a result of MAGSR stepping up to help these puppies, along with several other dogs, from a rescue in the Carolinas who had to evacuate due to flooding from Hurricane Florence. Corona's persons new job involves a lot of travel, with long periods of time away from home.  Knowing he could no longer provide her with a stable home she was returned to us.  Corona has gone through obedience training, but it is important that her new family also take her to training so that you learn to work together and create a bond.  Corona is a friendly girl, she enjoys going for walks and playing fetch. 

Cane is one of 22 dogs from the Carolina's that needed help due to Hurricane Florence. 

Cane is handsome golden boy.   We are not sure if he has any GSD mixed in, but he needed a place to start a new life so we welcomed him with opened arms.  As he just arrived in our care we are still learning more about him, so watch for updates.
