Description

Legend previously lived in hoarding situation with 14 other dogs where he was underfed. Despite Legend's past, he is affectionate, ever so sweet and absolutely amazing.  Legend immediately warms up to new people and wants to be loved. He gives kisses, hugs and tail wags that light up a room. Now that Legend has a warm and loving foster home, he has the opportunity to shine. Currently living with both kids and dogs, Legend is adjusting well and is learning that he will receive regular meals, attention, and proper socialization. If Legend sounds like the right dog for your household, please ask about him today.

Care for these hoarding rescues is putting a severe strain on MAGSR's resources. Donations towards their treatment would be greatly appreciated, this would also help us save other dogs with medical needs.

Updates:
Legend has been in his foster home for a few days and is settling in nicely.  His fosters report he is such a sweet lovable boy. He is content to just sit by his human and be pet. Legend is great with the resident children, he is gentle with them and enjoys the affection they give him. He also gets along well with the resident dog. Legend doesn't know basic commands such as sit, stay and down but walks nicely on a leash without pulling. He is interested in the things around him while walking but is easily redirected. He looks forward to finding his family that he will love forever.  Ask to meet Legend if he sounds like a good fit for your family.

Description

Shiloh was returned to us as his family is going through life altering changes and can no longer provide for him as needed. However, he was very much loved by them and he was very attached to them. Upon Shiloh's return, he showed signs of being reactive to strangers and protective of his family. He was also reactive to other dogs. However, he was very friendly, comfortable with and trusting of his family and their bond was evident. He is currently with a reputable trainer so that he can become better socialized and we will provide further updates as we get them from the trainer.
