Description

Sweet Lena has not had the easiest life or best of care until she arrived into rescue.  She enjoys quieter surroundings, spending time with her people.  She is good with children, but older quieter children would best be suited for her.  If you are looking for a best friend, a girl who wants to please and enjoys being by your side, being petted and cuddled then ask to meet the lovely Lena.

Updates:
Lena has settled into her foster home very nicely. She is probably the sweetest foster her foster mom has ever had, and is an absolute pleasure to have around. She loves everyone she meets, and regularly greets strangers and friends with a tail wag and kisses. She is incredibly affectionate, low key and no trouble whatsoever. Lena is completely housebroken, walks very nicely on a leash, enjoys exploring, and is well-behaved in and out of her crate (she is crate trained too) - she's the perfect house guest. At 5 years old, Lena has moved beyond her puppy ways, and would be a perfect fit for a person who isn't looking for a high-energy dog, but rather a dog who will shower them with love everyday, just for being there with her. I'm an adorable, loving, puppy looking for a forever home. I love to play and chew on squeaky toys, and love to play tug-of-war. The other dogs at my foster home are my best friends, and running around the yard with them is my favorite thing to do. I'm a smart girl and will listen to commands easily. My foster Mom says I pick up on things pretty quickly. I'm still a little timid and unsure of myself at times, but I'm very adaptable. I'm still a puppy, so I need patience and attention while I still learn to go to the bathroom outside, but I'm a quick learner. I really need a warm and friendly forever home, where I can give tons of kisses and lots of snuggles.  Please come see me soon.
