Bear

It's with deep sadness that I'm letting you know of the passing our beloved and mighty Bear. We adopted him from MAGSR at the age of 8 back in August of 2020 I believe. We bonded on day 1, and from there he fit right in to became our loving, loyal, protector, walking buddy and so much more. He was 105 lbs of pure joy and made our home so much better. I bonded with him more than I have with any other dog and am truly blessed that he found me through MAGSR. When we adopted him, he had a tumor on his chest. We had it surgically removed but the doctor advised that it may come back as they could not remove it entirely. Luckily, it took a good while to return but unfortunately it came back recently and grew aggressively. In his last few days with us, it caused internal pain which required his peaceful departure from us on March 31, 2026. My heart still aches for him, and I wouldn't trade the time I had with him for anything.Thank you sweet Bear, and thank you MAGSR for all you do.
